Interest Calculation Details

Ang pondo (CBU, AF, & SD) sa miembro adunay 3.5% nga tubo sa kada tuig kon miabot og ₱500.00 kada bulan.

Capital Build-Up (CBU)

Once organized, members immediately start their weekly savings. The amount is accumulated in an account called Capital Build Up.

Savings Structure:

  • ₱20 per member during GRD
  • ₱20 weekly pledge after GRD

Withdrawal Rules:

  • • Minimum balance: ₱5,000 for loans ≤₱20,000
  • • For loans >₱20,000: maintain 25% of approved loan
  • • <₱1,000: BDS approval (immediate withdrawal)
  • • ≥₱1,000: BDO and BM approval required

Assurance Fund (AF)

Each member pledges a weekly deposit of ₱2.00 regardless of loan availment. This commences during the 1st weekly loan payment.

Withdrawal Guidelines:

  • • Requires member consent
  • • Can cover missed weekly payments
  • • Must be returned before re-loan eligibility
  • • Authorization letter required if member absent

Special Deposit (SD)

Voluntary savings of individual members with flexible amounts. A group deposit slip is issued to the center.

Withdrawal Process:

  • • Up to ₱2,000 during center meetings
  • • BDS approval required
  • • Multiple signatures needed
  • • Authorization letter if member absent

Center Fund

Community-driven fund raising for center mobilization. Penalties from absences and late payments may be added.

Fund Management:

  • • All center members decide usage
  • • Withdrawals up to ₱2,000 at meetings
  • • BDS approval required
  • • Democratic decision-making process
